It is important for you and us to ensure you are learning as you progress through the programmes: this helps you to see that you are progressing in your skills at the rate we expect of you, and is a way of getting feedback on your progress year on year. It’s also important that skills are achieved at a “year specific” level, so some things you will do under supervision in year 3 but will be expected to do more independently in Final Year (though still observed).
