If you have a list of 1st year tutees you should now be able to view your student mugshots (assuming they’ve had their photo taken!). Any queries please get in touch serviceline@soton.ac.uk

If you appear to be missing 2013/14 modules or have extra ones you shouldn’t be enrolled on, please email curriculum@soton.ac.uk and ask them to add / remove you from the appropriate ones.

Even though the information in your timetable may be correct, it may still be incorrect in the main banner database which is where eFolio enrolments are populated from.

We’ve now completed the eFolio upgrade.

There are some significant under the hood changes that you may not notice at first, but hopefully the single sign on to wordpress will help.

If you notice any anomlies please contact alexfurr@soton.ac.uk ASAP so we can troubleshoot.

Hi All,

We’ve had to postpone the update of the eFolio upgrade until (hopefully) sometime next week. This shouldn’t affect anyone as we’ll be doing the upgrade either 8am, or 8pm depending on staff availability.

When we have date and time we’ll let you all know via the news page.

We finally have a date for the eFolio summer upgrade.

Friday 23rd August from 2pm.

Please note that it is likely eFolio will be unavailable for an hour while we perform the upgrade.

We’ve now swapped eFolio over to a shiny new server so it should be much quicker and much more stable.
