Having been going to this gaming meet up for the last two years, I can say that it has not only grown but blossomed into a great time for the gaming community. It had been based in Birmingham the last couple of years (that I know of) and has now been upped and moved to London!
This event covers not only board games, new up and coming games, indie games and even already played games, but it runs a challenged event for game makers to create games within the whole period that the event is running – at the very end to present it to the public. When I first had witnessed this unfold, getting the chance to speak to the people whom had accepted the challenge of making a game under a highly tight time period, I grew to understand how much work and faith you needed as a team (not just caffeine).
Give it a chance, look it over. Never know, it might be something that sparks an interest.
