Academic Unit admin panels in eFolio will be updated next week to reflect the new Faculty structure.  Where new Academic Units are created that differ from existing ones, it is likely that administrators will need access to a new admin panel in eFolio, and that department web links and documents set up in the admin panel will need re-adding.
