What sign-off sheets need to be uploaded to eFolio?
All your sign-off sheets from the Certification of Practical Procedures Handbook need to be uploaded to the correct corresponding section in eFolio, skills/competencies, Practical Procedures year of your Final year. Additional certificates evidencing learning may be required to be uploaded eg Diabetes management and Blood Transfusion- please see the individual competency sign – off requirements in the handbook.
