I do not have regular access to a scanner? Can I upload other forms of digital image?
We would prefer that you scanned your evidence and created a pdf file before uploading simply because it provides us with a clear and sharp image where the details can be readily seen and checked. However we acknowledge, particularly years 4 & 5, you may not have access to a scanner if you are on attachment far away from Southampton. Therefore we will accept a digital image that is of high resolution and can be easily read. If you are uploading images of your sign off sheets using a phone or tablet that you ensure they are of sufficient quality, the correct orientation and can be opened easily in eFolio.
